1312 1122p2The invention relates to aqueous surfactant compositions containing one or more alpha sulfonic fatty acid di salts (A) of the general formula (I) RCH(SOM)COOM (I) in which the group R is a linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group with 6 to 16 C atoms and the groups M and M independently of each other are selected from the groups H Li Na K Ca/2 Mg/2 ammonium and alkanolamine one or more alkyl glycoside (B) of the general formula (II) RO [G] (I) in which R represents an alkyl and/or alkenyl group with 8 to 18 C atoms G represents a sugar group with 5 or 6 carbon atoms and p represents numbers between 1 and 10 and water wherein special boundary conditions are maintained. The compositions are characterized by an excellent foaming capability and are suitable for use in cosmetic agents.
