Breast Augmentation is a widely accepted aestethic procedure and is attained by autologous fat transplant or with e medical- grade silicone implant. Many women are burdened with the problem of having small sized breast. A breast implant however means that an incision or has to be made as a portal to the device and implant, the problem with putting a breast implant is thr appearance of a scar in the incisions which are regularly placed within the confines of the breast tissue, around the nipple, or in the inframammary fold and axillary area. The objective is to have least visible scar.
