The present invention relates to a urine guiding and drainage port which prevents an indoor floor or clothes from getting stained as urine falls off the indoor floor or spatters from a urinal when a man urinates at the urinal. More specifically, the urine guiding and drainage port has a funnel type tube, in which a downward drainage delaying part is movably formed on an end portion of the narrow inner diameter and an absorption member is formed on the inner side of the end of the wide inner diameter by using a sterilized fiber material or the like, thus a user can urinate in a desired direction and exactly hit the spot by inserting penis into the funnel type tube when the user needs to urinate. In addition, the drainage delaying part at the end of the tube prevents urine from splashing by delaying quick drainage of urine, thereby preventing a floor of a restroom or clothes of the user from getting stained. Since the floor of the restroom or surrounding spaces do not get stained, odor is reduced and a fresher and more hygienic environment of the restroom can be created.
