PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which easily empties a reservoir of IDIP (implantable drug infusion pump) and thereafter, provides a drug or other agent to the reservoir.SOLUTION: A kit for refilling an implantable pump includes a first syringe, a second syringe, and a three-way stopcock which has three ports and an actuator. The actuator allows for making selective communication between only two of the ports. The first syringe communicates with a first one of the ports, the second syringe communicates with a second one of the ports, and a filling needle communicates with a third one of the ports.
