PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of making a user to recognize a portion which appears differently in an ultrasonic image and a medical image.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises: a display unit 6 which displays an ultrasonic image UI and a medical image MI for the same cross-section of a subject and an indicator display control unit which displays, in a corresponding position in the medical image MI, an indicator In indicating a range in the ultrasonic image UI where image quality is affected by a cyst X1 and a bone X2 which affect the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the subject.
