The present invention relates to a male diaper structure, including a urinal pad which is folded to form a first pad body and a second pad body opposite to the first pad body, thus defining a reserving space and a gap at the central portion and the peripheral portion of the urinal pad respectively. The urinal pad is further provided with an accommodating hole in communication with the reserving space, a plurality of clamping portions surrounding the accommodating hole, and a plurality of leak-proof portions located at the edge of the gap.
