A product for oral care and oral hygiene with photocatalytic activity, which includes calcium phosphate compound particles surface-functionalized with TiO nanoparticles in crystalline form, while these TiO nanoparticles have the following characteristics: a) predominantly layered morphology; b) coefficient compressions from 5 to 30; c) a surface structure having the front side (001), which is the surface of the crystal lattice farthest from the center; and d) TiO is represented in them in the form of anatase, sometimes mixed with rutile and / or brookite. 2. A product according to claim 1, wherein the particles of the phosphate compound are micrometric in size, preferably in the length range from 0.2 to 10 microns. A product according to claim 1, wherein the TiO nanoparticles have a length of less than 0.1 μm, preferably in the range from 0.01 to 0.1 μm. The product according to claim 1, in which the TiO nanoparticles have a thickness in the range from 2 to 5 nm. The product according to claim 1, wherein the calcium phosphate compound is selected from the group consisting of: octacalcium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, apatite, hydroxyapatite and hydroxyapatite carbonate. The product according to claim 1, wherein the calcium phosphate compound further comprises zinc ions and / or carbonate ions. The product of claim 1, wherein the particles of the calcium phosphate compound have a surface with free positive and / or negative charges.
