Anhydrous soft slid antiperspirant compositions include, relative in each case to the total weight of the composition, at least one antiperspirant active ingredient, at least one oil in a total amount from 20 to 80 wt. %, at least one fatty alcohol having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, at least one fatty alcohol having more than 18 carbon atoms, with the proviso that the total amount of fatty alcohols is 3 to 12 wt. %, the weight ratio of fatty alcohols having 12 to 18 carbon atoms to the other fatty alcohols is in a weight ratio range from 1:1 to 1:3.
