Disclosed is a vaccine which has a high therapeutic effecton mycoplasma infection and is highly safe. For the purpose ofdeveloping effective therapeutic methods for mycoplasmainfection, mycoplasma-mimic particles which are effective asa vaccine for mycoplasma infection are provided, and alsoprovided are bacterium-mimic particles including commonbacteria. Bacterium-mimic particles such as mycoplasma-mimicparticles can be provided by producing liposome particles inwhich a lipid antigen specific to a pathogenic bacterium suchas mycoplasma is contained as a liposome-constituting lipidcomponent. The administration of the mycoplasma-mimicparticles enables the induction of a potent immunologicalactivity in living bodies. The mycoplasma-mimic particles canbe used as an excellent vaccine for the prevention or treatmentof mycoplasma infection.
