PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation apparatus capable of uniformizing photon flux density emitted on the entire cultivation area while using a minimum necessary number of LED packages.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation apparatus comprises a rectangular parallelepiped cultivation unit 10 surrounded by six virtual walls 11 to 16. A cultivation area 17 where plants are arranged is provided for the lower virtual wall 12 of each cultivation unit 10, and LED illumination devices are arranged above the lower virtual wall 12 with a gap between them. A plate-shaped reflection member whose one surface is a reflection surface is arranged in an area facing the inside of the cultivation unit 10 of at least two virtual walls which are parallel with each other out of the six virtual walls 11 to 16 in the cultivation unit 10 such that the reflection surface faces the inside of the cultivation unit 10. A plurality of concave surfaces which are recessed outside of the cultivation unit 10 and in which openings face the inside of the cultivation unit 10 are formed on the reflection surface of the reflection member facing the inside of the cultivation unit 10.
