PURPOSE: A patch system for oral administration containing pentanyl is provided to continuously maintain drug efficacy and skin penetration, and to safely deliver pantanyl into the body with less irritation and low side effects. CONSTITUTION: A patch system for oral administration containing pentanyl comprises a drug protection layer, a self adhesion drug storage layer containing pentanyl, and a release layer. The self adhesion drug storage layer contains: 60-80wt% of a polyacrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive without a functional group or with a hydroxyl functional group； and 20-40wt% of mixture of the polyacrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and a polydimethylsiloxane pressure-sensitive adhesive.본 발명은 펜타닐을 유효성분으로 함유하는 경피투여용 패취 제제에 관한 것이으로서 펜타닐 함유 자가접착성 약물 저장층이 관능기를 갖기 않거나 하이드록시 관능기를 가지는 폴리아크릴레이트계 감압접착제 60 내지 80중량%； 및 펜타닐 방출 제어용 감압 접착제로서 카르복실기 관능기를 가지는 폴리아크릴레이트계 감압 접착제와 폴리디메틸실록산 감압 접착제의 혼합물을 20 내지 40중량% 포함하는 펜타닐을 함유하는 경피투여용 패취 제제를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 펜타닐을 함유하는 경피투여용 패취 제제는, 생산공정이 간단한 반면에, 피부투과도 및 약효의 장기 지속성이 우수하고, 첨가제 및 피부투과촉진제를 사용하지 않아 피부 자극성이 현저히 낮아 장기간 사용 시에도 아무런 부작용 없이 펜타닐을 안전하게 체내에 전달할 수 있으며, 제조방법도 매우 간단하여 경제적으로도 매우 유용하다. 따라서 본 발명의 펜타닐을 함유하는 경피투여용 패취 제제는 장시간 약물 방출이 가능한 패취 제제를 제조할 수 있어 환자의 순응성 및 사용성에 매우 뛰어나다.
