PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a push button switch from a case body and to easily repair and inspect the same.SOLUTION: An attaching hole 54 and an opening 22 is formed in the case body 23. The switch body is accommodated in an attaching cylinder 62. An operating cap 60 is fitted on one end part of the attaching cylinder 62 so as to cover the switch body. The pushing button switch body 50 is inserted in the attaching hole 54. An attaching groove 64 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the attaching cylinder 62 projecting to the inside of the case body 23. A fixing wedge 51 is inserted from the opening 22 and is inserted into the attaching groove 64. The inclined surfaces 53, 68 of the attaching groove 64 and the fixing wedge 51 contact with each other and bias the attaching cylinder 62 inward in the first direction A1. By the biasing, the end fringe part 60c of the operating cap 60 contacts the engaging step part 71 of the attaching hole 54 and deforms and brings the attaching hole 54 and the operating cap 60 into airtight close contact with each other. The push button switch body 50 can be easily attached to and detached from the case body 23 by the inserting and drawing of the fixing wedge 51.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ケース本体から押しボタンスイッチ本体を容易に着脱し、簡単に修理・点検する。【解決手段】ケース本体23に取付孔54と開口22を形成する。スイッチ本体を取付筒62内に収納する。スイッチ本体を覆うように、取付筒62の一端部に操作キャップ60を嵌める。取付孔54に押しボタンスイッチ本体50を挿入する。ケース本体23の内側に突出した取付筒62の外周面に、取付溝64を形成する。開口22から固定楔51を挿入し、取付溝64に挿入する。取付溝64及び固定楔51の傾斜面53,68同士が接触し、取付筒62を第1方向A1において内側に向けて付勢する。付勢により操作キャップ60の端縁部60cが取付孔54の係止段部71に接触して変形し、取付孔54と操作キャップ60とを気密に密着させる。固定楔51の挿入・抜脱により、押しボタンスイッチ本体50をケース本体23から容易に着脱可能になる。【選択図】図6
