The present invention relates to an electrostimulation device and an electrostimulation method for abdominal muscles by applying breathing rhythms. The electrostimulation device comprises: a main body including an electrostimulation generating unit for generating electrostimulation； a power supply unit accommodated in the main body and supplying power； an electrode receiving the supply of power from the power supply unit and applying the electrostimulation to abdominal muscles of a wearer； a connecting unit transmitting the electrostimulation generated from the electrostimulation generating unit to the electrode； a tension sensor detecting relaxation (an inhalation section) and contraction (an exhalation section) of the abdominal muscles of the wearer； a signal control unit automatically regulating the electrostimulation of the electrostimulation generating unit to be on or off according to a signal detected by the tension sensor； a sheet-shaped basic material mounted with the electrode in order to apply the electrostimulation to the abdominal muscles of the wearer； a belt extended towards the side surface of the basic material in order to be worn on the waist part of the wearer； and a belt coupling unit coupling the belt.
