PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information analysis system capable of assisting to create excellent contents.SOLUTION: A biological information analysis system includes eyeglasses 5 worn by an observer for observing an image for a right eye and an image for a left eye which are parallax images contained in the contents, and an analysis device 6 for analyzing information acquired from the eyeglasses 5. The eyeglasses 5 include a transmissive part 54 for a right eye and a transmissive part 55 for a left eye separately transmitting the image for a right eye and the image for a left eye displayed to a right eye and a left eye of the observer, respectively, and a biological information acquisition part 584 for acquiring biological information on the observer and storing it in time series.
