The present invention comprises the abutment which is inserted into the implant and forms a first female screw thread inside； the fixture which is inserted into a jawbone and forms a second female screw thread inside； a connection screw which is connected to the second female screw thread and combines the abutment with the fixture； a loose stopping screw which is connected to the first female screw thread to pressurize the connection screw and forms a shaft hole which is penetrated from one side to the other side； and a driver which penetrates the shaft hole of the loose stopping screw and tightens the connection screw.
