Disclosed is a novel use of a peptide including SEQ ID NO: 1, a peptide having at least 80% sequence identity to the peptide sequence, or a peptide as a fragment thereof. Specifically, disclosed is a use of the peptide for inhibiting myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs). The suppression problem of the immune response by MDSC can be solved by inhibiting MDSC. The peptide can effectively inhibit MDSC by being used in combination with other anticancer agents and adjuvants, and thus can relieve, treat, or prevent MDSC-related diseases or symptoms.
