The device (1) has an equalizing element (2) comprising a scraping element (3) and a flexible fixing part (4) i.e. steel spring, where the scraping element is mounted on the fixing part through a bolt. The scraping element comprises a drilling (8) in a vicinity of an upper end to receive the bolt, and two embossings (9) placed above the drilling, where the embossings are arranged with respect to the fixing part. The fixing part extends between the two embossings. A lower end of the fixing part is rolled up in the shape of a ring (10).
