PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent external leakage of excrement due to puncture in which puncture expresses excrement leakage to the outside after passing between a face plate and a skin of an ostomy appliance, however occurrence of puncture defiles clothes and may trouble surrounding people to thereby become an obstruction of social life and social advancement, and therefore puncture is a large trouble for an ostomy appliance maker.SOLUTION: Adhesive means 90 is provided so that an uptake hole 83 may be formed between an outer circumference of a face plate 12 and itself. An auxiliary receiving bag 31 for receiving the leaked excrement on the occurrence of the puncture is prepared. A first opening part 33 opened in the auxiliary receiving bag is connected to the adhesive means. A second opening part 35 opened in the auxiliary receiving bag is connected to the face plate, and the auxiliary receiving bag covers and wraps the uptake hole. Punctured excrement leaking out from the uptake hole is stored in the auxiliary receiving bag, and thereby the external leakage is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ストーマ装具の面板と皮膚との間を排泄物が通過して外部に漏洩する事をパンクという。パンクすると衣服を汚したり、周囲の人に迷惑をかける事もあり、社会生活や社会進出の妨げにもなる事から、パンクは多くのストーマ造設者にとっての大きな悩みである。本発明は、パンクによる排泄物の外部漏洩を防止する事を課題とする。【解決手段】 面板12の外周との間に取り込み穴83が形成されるように接着手段90を設け、パンクした時に漏れ出る排泄物を収容する為の補助収容袋31を準備し、補助収容袋に開けられた第1開口部33は接着手段に結合され、補助収容袋に開けられた第2開口部35は面板に結合されて、補助収容袋が取り込み穴を覆い包み、取り込み穴から漏れ出るパンクした排泄物を補助収容袋に収容して外部漏洩を防止した。【選択図】図13
