The container part and the wing part include: a plurality of posts which are erected to be perpendicular to the surface of the sea and are inserted into the ground under the sea a net is arranged on inner sides of the posts and fixated on at least a portion of the posts and a fine net which is installed on the container part, is arranged on an inner side of the net, and has holes smaller than anchovies to capture the anchovies.
