PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine supply device which makes it easy to determine whether liquid medicine in a liquid medicine bottle is as prescribed or not.SOLUTION: A liquid medicine supply device for selectively supplying liquid medicine to a liquid medicine bottle 4 from a plurality of supply nozzles 22 includes a loading body 5 on which a plurality of supply bottles each connected to each of the supply nozzles 22 are loaded, and which is rotatable around the vertical direction axis line a plurality of holding parts 23 which hold each of the supply nozzles 22 and are rotatable around the vertical direction axis line together with the loading body 5 and a rotation drive part which rotates the loading body 5 and each of the holding parts 23 around the vertical direction axis line.
