The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cancer, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition of the present invention generates HSP27-modified dimmers to prevent normal HSP27-unphosphorylated multimers from functioning as a chaperone, thereby reducing cell protective ability that is originally performed by the chaperone, thus exhibiting an anticancer effect and, especially, reduces the resistance to radiation or anticancer drugs, thereby increasing the death of cancer cells.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir et traiter un cancer, la composition contenant, en tant que substance active, un composé représenté par la formule chimique 1 ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
