The present invention relates to an anticancer injection preparation device and, more particularly, to an anticancer injection preparation device and an anticancer injection preparation system comprising the same, wherein predetermined amounts of anticancer agent and infusion can be extracted and used to prepare an anticancer injection through an automated facility while minimizing waste of medications. To this end, there is provided an anticancer injection preparation device comprising: an aseptic preparation table installed inside an aseptic chamber and provided with a preparation chamber in which an anticancer injection is prepared a medication supply portion installed on the aseptic preparation table, a plurality of anticancer agent vials that contain an anticancer agent being fixed to the medication supply portion such that one is selected from the plurality of anticancer agent vials, thereby supplying the anticancer agent an injecting device operated such that the same can be aligned with the position of an anticancer agent vial installed on the medication supply portion, the injecting device being configured to extract the anticancer agent from the anticancer agent vial installed on the medication supply portion and to inject the extracted anticancer agent into a place where an infusion is contained an infusion supply portion installed on the aseptic preparation table so as to supply an infusion that is mixed with the anticancer agent and a mixing portion provided with a mixing container so as to mix the anticancer agent supplied from the injecting device and the infusion supplied from the infusion supply portion.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de préparation dinjection anticancéreuse et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif de préparation dinjection anticancéreuse et un système de préparation dinjection anticancéreuse le comprenant.
