Selon la présente invention, ledit milieu de contraste pour tomographie par ordinateur pour la détection de thrombus permet dacquérir rapidement et de manière répétée des informations dimage par rapport à la taille et lemplacement dun thrombus dans la thrombose dun vaisseau cardiaque/cérébral, et dobtenir une image dun thrombus cérébral devant faire lobjet dune surveillance.본 발명은 피브린 표적 펩타이드 서열이 결합된 글라이콜 키토산-금 나노입자를 포함하는 혈전 탐지용 CT 조영제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 혈전 탐지용 CT 조영제는 심뇌혈관 혈전증에서 혈전의 크기 및 위치에 관한 CT 영상 정보를 신속, 반복적으로 획득할 수 있게 하고, 뇌혈전의 영상 모니터링도 가능하게 한다.
