Provided is a respiratory movement measuring device which projects a light beam upon a body surface (32) of a subject (31), acquires light reflected therefrom with a camera (35), and measures the respiration of the subject. Marking sites which are guide locations are further set upon the body surface of the subject, and marks are assigned to the marking sites which have different degrees of reflectivity from the body surface.
