The present invention relates to a position variable type ridging, molding, and grading device for securing stable ridge widths by preventing the loss of adjacent ridges as the position of a plow blade can be adjusted in a molding and grading work for forming a ginseng field ridge. Accordingly, the present invention comprises a main body frame (10) in which an upper joint link and a lower joint link (10a, 10b) are formed for the connection with a tractor (1)； a plow blade (20) formed in a symmetric shape to form a furrow at both sides of the front lower part of the main body frame (10)； a rotary housing (30) formed in the lower part of the main body frame (10) and having a rotary blade (31) for finely breaking down soil of the ridge； and a ridge top (40) formed between plow blades (20) at both sides to flatten the top of the ridge. The main body frame (10) includes a fixation frame (11) integrated with the upper and lower joint links (10a, 10b) and a movement frame (12) to which the plow blade (20) is connected. The fixation frame (11) includes a driving cylinder (50) for moving the movement frame (12) from left to right.
