PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical solution injector and its manufacturing method favorably attaining both of narrowing of the diameter or miniaturization and facilitation of a puncture operation.SOLUTION: A body tube 2, in its inside, is provided with a needle-shaped tubular body lumen 10 for inserting a needle-shaped tubular body 3, and the distal part 4 of the body tube 2 is provided with a first guide wire insertion part 33 and a second guide wire insertion part 35 having a first guide wire lumen 38 and a second guide wire lumen 52 for inserting a first guide wire 32 and a second guide wire 34 respectively.
