The elongate portion and the catheter are co-operably configured such that, when the elongate portion is so received, at least a portion of the elongate portion is spaced from the catheter such that the at least portion and the catheter together define at least one elongate void for conveying fluid along the catheter at least one of to or from one or more sites within a patient.
