The present invention relates to a skin massaging device comprising: a handle unit； a roller fixing unit coupled to an upper part of the handle unit； and a roller unit rotatably coupled to the roller fixing unit. The handle unit comprises: a first case which is formed in a U shape and has a fixing protrusion protruding therein； and a second case which corresponds to the first case and has a fixing hole therein for the fixing protrusion to be coupled. The roller fixing unit has a fixing member protruding in a lower part of a cylindrical body to be inserted and fixed to an upper end of the handle unit and comprises a C-shaped roller coupling port of which both end parts are curved inwardly to couple the roller unit to an upper part of the body and both ends have a contact fixing groove. The roller unit comprises: a roller which has a through-hole formed in a central part thereof and is in close contact with skin； a bearing which is inserted into the through-hole； a shaft which is inserted into the bearing； an elastic spring which is inserted into the shaft； and a key shaft which is inserted inside the shaft, is formed on both ends of the elastic spring and has one side thereof inserted into an end part of the contact fixing groove. Accordingly, the skin massaging device of the present invention is very easy to assemble, has a massaging effect by physical pressures of skin and the roller and prevents skin aging by far infrared ray emittance.
