This invention relates to new peginterferon lambda 1 conjugates (peg-ΓΡΝλΙ), processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing these conjugates and processes for making the same. These conjugates have increased blood half-lives and persistence time compared to IFNλl and are effective in treatment of hepatitis В and hepatitis C.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux conjugués lambda 1 dinterféron PEG (peg-ΓΡΝλΙ), leurs procédés de préparation, des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces conjugués et leurs procédés de fabrication. Ces conjugués possèdent un temps de persistance et des demi-vies dans le sang accrus par rapport à IFNλl et sont efficaces dans le traitement de lhépatite B et de lhépatite C.
