The prosthesis in question comprises a part for resurfacing (5) forming a dome (7) and an assembly pin (8), and a screw (6) comprising an impression for its movement in rotation and a slightly conical cavity. The dome (7) has an extension inclined (7b), in the form of a "visor". The instruments of the installation of this invention include: - a rod forming the axis of rotation, which is able to be arranged coaxially to said screw； - at least one milling cutter cannulated osseous section adapted to form a shoulder (100b)； - at least one guide of sawing, allowing a section of the bone so as to form on the bone an inclined surface of the reception of a bearing surface that forms the extension (7b).
