The invention relates to a pH buffering bioactive glass, a preparation thereof and an application thereof. The pH buffering bioactive glass comprises SiO2, CaO, Na2O, P2O5 and B2O3. The pH buffering bioactive glass also comprises solid acidic granules, or the bioactive glass also comprises 75% to 95% of glycerin, polyethylene glycol and resin. With the pH buffering bioactive glass provided by the invention, local pH proliferating (for example, a pH value reaches 12) caused by surface reactions of pure bioactive glass granules, which are SiO2, CaO, Na2O, P2O5 and B2O3, can be buffered. Therefore, irritating pains of a patient occurred during a treatment process can be reduced and eliminated, such that a treatment effect can be achieved.
