With multiple sliding members being sleeved on the needle base in a layered way, improving safety and alleviating the pain of patients, meanwhile, the second limit mechanism is arranged, such that the sliding member in the innermost layer is unable to rotate relative to the needle base, thereby operating more easily.本發明揭露一種防針刺結構及防針刺靜脈輸液穿刺針。該防針刺結構包含:針座,針座的第一端用於固定針頭;針柄,針柄固定於針座的第二端;複數個滑件,複數個滑件為兩端開口的筒形並且相互嵌套,最裡層的滑件可滑動地套設於針座上,複數個滑件在滑動方向上的總長度大於針頭的長度;第一限位機構,第一限位機構能夠限制最裡層的滑件相對於針座的滑動,並且能夠限制複數個滑件之間的相互滑動;第二限位機構,第二限位機構設置於針柄和最裡層的滑件,第二限位機構能夠限制最裡層的滑件相對於針柄的轉動。藉由設置複數個滑件層套於針座,提高了安全性並減輕了患者的痛苦,同時,設置了第二限位機構,使得最內層的滑件不能相對於針座轉動,從而更易操作。
