PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold and hot storage apparatus which can travel a cart straight by operating a steering wheel by using both hands in bare hand state.SOLUTION: A cold and hot storage apparatus in which a hot storage chamber 20H and a cold storage chamber 20C are partitioned by a heat insulating partitioning wall 12 includes: a station 70 in which a heater 81 for heating the interior of the hot storage chamber and a cooler for cooling the interior of a refrigerating chamber are incorporated a cart body 40 which comprises a heat insulation box and is housed freely removably in the station 70 and a frame cart 10 which has the partitioning wall 12 and is housed freely removably in the cart body 40.
