PURPOSE: A hydroponic culture system is provided to increase a length section for supporting the stem of a water culture type plant. CONSTITUTION: A hydroponic culture system is manufactured as an opened loop type using a wire and comprises: several stem supporting members(40) installed to be mutually arranged in a line with each upper region of a cultivation tub(21)； a stem hanging rod(61) arranged to intersect with stem supporting member in the upper region of the stem supporting member； a pillar(62) supporting a stem hanging rod in regard to the ground； a stem hanging member(50) bounded to a stem hanging rod； and a hanging rope(63) wounded in stem hanging material. A stem hanging material combines to a stem hanging rod in order to move along a longitudinal direction of a stem hanging rod. A stem hanging material comprises a hanging material body portion formed into a C-shape, and a pair of a member groove portion formed into an S-shape to have mutual line symmetry. A culture medium inlet port(11a) is formed in a culture medium tub. A bed(20) has a cultivation tub of mat shape installed in the upper side of the culture medium tub. A culture medium inlet port(11a) is formed in the culture medium tub(11).
