PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new blood lipid-improving agent which has not been known.SOLUTION: This new blood lipid-improving agent contains, as an active ingredient, cyclofructan which is a cyclic inulooligosaccharide prepared by cyclically binding fructose molecules through &beta-2, 1 bonds. The blood lipid-improving agent has high generality widely applied to foods, drinks, medicines, and the like.
