A tendon detection apparatus for detecting a tendon includes a sonography detection unit, an image tracking unit, a mechanical detection unit, and an integration unit. The sonography detection unit takes a plurality of images of the tendon. The image tracking unit tracks at least one specific area on the images to obtain a movement information of the specific area. The mechanical detection unit provides a mechanical detection for the tendon to obtain a mechanical parameter-time information while the images are taken. The integration unit is electrically connected with the image tracking unit and the mechanical detection unit to integrate the mechanical parameter-time information and the movement information.
