The present invention relates to a vaginal washer, and more specifically, to a vaginal washer which can be easily used at home by being combined with a water supply. The vaginal washer of the present invention comprises: a handle combined with a tap water feed line in which tap water is supplied, and having a flow path allowing the tap water to flow inside； a head installed on the upper part of the handle and accommodating tap water supplied to the handle； a spray part dispersing the tap water discharged through the head into multiple streams to spray the tap water； an ion exchange filter installed inside the spray part to convert the tap water introduced into the spray part into ionic water and filled with a cationic exchange resin； and a coupling unit which detachably couples the spray part to the head.본 발명은 질 세정기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상수도와 연결하여 가정에서 손쉽게 사용할 수 있는 질 세정기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 질 세정기는 원수가 공급되는 원수공급라인과 연결되며 내부에 상기 원수가 흐르는 유로가 형성된 손잡이와, 손잡이의 상부에 설치되며 상기 손잡이로 공급된 원수가 유입되는 헤드와, 헤드를 통해 배출되는 원수를 다수의 흐름으로 분산시켜 외부로 분사하는 분사부와, 분사부 내부로 유입된 원수를 이온수로 변환시키기 위해 상기 분사부 내부에 설치되며 양이온교환수지가 충전된 이온교환필터와, 분사부를 상기 헤드에 탈부착이 가능하도록 결합시키는 결합유닛을 구비한다.
