To provide a fixing device for an elevation body position, the device being constituted so as to fix from a head to a chest by a shell without difficulty, while properly holding the elevation body position posture.SOLUTION: A fixing device 1 for an elevation body position for use in holding a human body upper part in the elevation body position has a base plate 2, left and right arm rests 3, 4, and left and right grip bars 5, 6. A plate opening 24 opened in a caudal side in the cranial caudal direction is formed in the base plate 2. The human body upper part can stably be held on a top plate upper surface of a bed top plate in a state of the elevation body position, by using the fixing device 1 for the elevation body position.
