PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage device which can properly massage legs of a user according to various body types of users.SOLUTION: An air massage device 1 comprises attachment objects 20 to be attached to legs of a user. The attachment objects 20 comprise respectively, an upper covering part 30, a lower covering part 50, and a coupling part 80. The upper covering part 30 can be attached to a user's leg by selecting one attachment state from plural attachment states including a first attachment state in which the upper covering part 30 is attached to a thigh so as not to cover a knee, and a second attachment state in which the upper covering part is attached to a thigh and a lower leg while stepping over the knee, and includes an upper air bag which can massage a leg in a state in which the upper covering part is attached to a leg in the first or second attachment state. The lower covering part 50 is provided on a lower side of the upper covering part 30 so as to be attached to a lower leg, and includes a lower air bag which can massage the lower leg.
