PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric toothbrush which suppresses vibration of a portion that the user grips in their hand and minimizes loss of vibration energy.SOLUTION: The electric toothbrush 10 has an inner case in which various components including a motor 305 are installed and constructed from an inner case body 303 and a motor holder 304, an outer case 301 inside of which the inner case is received and that the user grips in their hand in tooth brushing, an eccentric shaft having the center of gravity at a position displaced from an axis and constructed from a shaft body 306 rotated by drive force of the motor 305 and from an eccentric member 307, and a vibration transmission component 100 for transmitting vibration associated with the rotation of the eccentric shaft to a brush section 202.
