FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for fodder grain heat treatment at livestock farms and inter-farm feedstuff enterprises. The installation contains a sealed working chamber (the body whereof consisting of a cylindrical part (on the upper plane whereof a protection valve is positioned) and a conic part) and a receptacle bin with a damper and a loading doser. A distribution cone having an inclination angle equal to 45° is mounted in the cylindrical part of the body under the loading doser. Along the vertical axis of the installation steam distributor rings are positioned at a distance equal to the major ring radius the rings have holes with a diameter equal to 1.0-2.0 mm, the distance between the holes is equal to 100-120 mm. The steam distributor rings are connected to each other and to the steam system having a control cock. One steam distributor ring is positioned in the conic part of the body. The clearance between the inner surface of the body and the steam distributor rings is equal to 20-30 mm.EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance quality and increase quantity of grains treated.1 dwgИзобретение относится к оборудованию тепловой обработки фуражного зерна на животноводческих фермах и межхозяйственных комбикормовых предприятиях. Установка содержит герметичную рабочую камеру, корпус которой состоит из цилиндрической части, на верхней плоскости которой расположен предохранительный клапан, и конической части, приемный бункер с заслонкой и дозатором загрузки. В цилиндрической части корпуса под дозатором загрузки смонтирован распределительный конус, имеющий угол наклона 45°.
