When the human body lays on a bed surface, the human body wrapping portion (1.32) covers and wraps, from one side, the part of a human body from the abdomen to the thighs, and then the hip pressing portion (1.33) is pressed and fixed below the hip of the human body at the other side. When a driving device drives the cloth pad to move outwardly, a traction effect is caused to the lumbar vertebra of the human body. The wrapping type sliding cloth pad needs no waistband, and can fix the human body on the cloth pad by only using the wing for wrapping and fixing. Un dispositif dentraînement déplace le coussin en tissu vers le côté extérieur avec pour effet détirer les vertèbres lombaires dun corps humain. Sans avoir recours à une ceinture, ce coussin en tissu coulissant assujettit le corps en lenveloppant au niveau du flanc.
