PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device in which a driving current of a vibrator is constant for semiconductor process variations.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device includes a vibrator, a driving signal generation unit, and a transmission circuit for outputting a driving current according to the driving signal and driving the vibrator. The transmission circuit consists of a current mirror of a low voltage transistor and a high voltage transistor, and is composed of a vibrator driving unit in which the high voltage transistor is connected to the vibrator, and a current source for supplying an operation current according to the driving signal to the low voltage transistor of the vibrator driving unit.
