The present invention relates to a hydrogel capsule, a preparation method of the same, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a hydrogel capsule which includes an active component core and a shell, wherein the shell is formed surrounding the core, contains a polymer in which a cationic polymer and an anionic polymer, bonded with each other by an ionic bond, are crosslinked with an amino acid, and can form a hydrogen in an aqueous system to a preparation method of the same and to a cosmetic composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, an active ingredient captured inside the hydrogel capsule can maintain its stability even in a solvent condition where a surfactant or a salt are present.
