The present invention relates to peritoneal dialysis fluid osmotic pressure regulating device. The present invention relates to a peritoneal dialysis fluid osmotic pressure regulating device capable of maintaining an osmotic pressure constant during peritoneal retention time of a peritoneal dialysis liquid or adjusting the osmotic pressure as necessary, wherein the device is a portable device capable of continuously injecting glucose or starch-derived polysaccharide, which is an osmotic composition material, separately from the peritoneal dialysis solution. The device comprises: a first tube; a storing bag; a first pump; a second tube; a mixing chamber; a driving unit; a neutralizing liquid bag; and a third pump.본 발명은 복막투석액 삼투압조절장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 구성에 의해 삼투압 조성 물질인 포도당 혹은 녹말유래당중합체 등을 복막투석액과는 별도로 지속적으로 주입할 수 있는 휴대형 장치로, 복막투석액의 복막 내 저류 시간 중 삼투압을 일정하게 유지하거나 필요한 만큼 조절할 수 있게 하는 복막투석액 삼투압조절장치에 관한 것이다.
