PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease prediction system and a disease prediction method for improving the accuracy in predicting areas prone to disease according to weather conditions.SOLUTION: A disease prediction system 1 includes: a plurality of weather measurement devices 2 distributed and arranged in areas subject to prediction of an outbreak of disease and a disease prediction device 4.
