PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual wrapping sheet keeping an absorbent article in a wrapping state without an adhesive member such as a pouch tape or a pressure sensitive adhesive, and also re-wrapping the absorbent article over and over again, and to provide an absorbent product formed by individually wrapping an absorbent article with the individual wrapping sheet.
SOLUTION: The individual wrapping sheet X1 has flexibility and individually wraps the absorbent article. The sheet has a penetration forming perforation 31 where a penetration 31a penetrating from the front to the back can be formed. The absorbent article is folded or rolled to form a columnar body Z1 and wrapped with the individual wrapping sheet X1 to expose the penetration 31a to the outer surface, and inserted from the end part side in the axial direction of the columnar body Z1 into the penetration 31 of the individual wrapping sheet X1 to maintain the absorbent article wrapped with the individual wrapping sheet X1 in the state of the columnar body Z1.
