The present invention provides an energy-saving type plant cultivation system, including a first power supply, a plant cultivation equipment, a second power supply and a power storage unit. The first power supply is a first electricity generated from the solar or wind power generation system, and the second power supply is a second electricity provided by the city power station. The first power supply firstly stores the first electricity in the power storage unit, and sends the first electricity to the plant cultivation equipment after the power storage unit became saturated, so as to supply the required electricity to the plant cultivation equipment.
