The invention refers to a new antigen-binding molecule containing a triple trimer of the TNF family, including (a) at least one other molecule capable of specifically adding PD1 and (b) the first and second polypeptides, which are linked together through a desulfurization link.It is characterized by the fact that the first polypeptide consists of two shells or parts of a member of the TNF alliance connected together through a canned pepper, while the second polypeptide consists of only one shell of the member of the family.
