PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the energy for driving a pickling liquid injection apparatus, that is, to achieve energy saving and to uniformly distribute the pickling liquid injected into a raw-material meat lump.SOLUTION: The pickling liquid injection apparatus 1 includes: a raw wood placing table 3 for supporting a raw-material meat lump M and an injection head 5 disposed facing the upper part of the raw wood placing table and having an injection needle 9 for injecting the pickling liquid into the raw-material meat lump. The injection head 5 is fixed and the raw wood placing table 3 is movable in the vertical direction by a vertical moving means.
